MainSt HUB Product Vendors  

-We list your products on our digital market for the community to browse and purchase. We will need a photo(s) of each item with a brief description and your listed sale price.   

-MainSt HUB will “Buy on Demand” from you and “Sell on Demand” to the customer where we then facilitate the pickup or delivery of their order.   

-We will contact you via your preference of email, text, or phone to notify you of the order   

-Depending on the item(s) and vendor we can pick up the item(s) or the item(s) can be dropped off at our West Warwick RI MainSt HUB 291 Providence St West Warwick RI 02893    

MainSt HUB Product Vendor Costs   

-No listing fees or monthly fees   

-MainSt HUB “Buying on Demand” is done with no sales tax and a 5% discount to cover credit card processing fees and some platform costs that are realized in the transactions.   For example if you have a product that you sell for $10.00 we would be buying that product from you for the 5% discount at $9.50. 

-Depending on the product and if applicable MainSt HUB facilitates the state retail sales tax payments paid by the buyers.     

MainSt HUB Vendor Payments   

-Payments will be made once per week via ACH directly to your bank account, business check, or cash. Any purchases completed Sunday-Saturday during the current week will be paid out on the following Monday. A W-9 will be issued for yearly sales over $400  MainSt HUB Vendor Returns & Refunds -Returns and refunds will be based on individual store policies    

MainSt HUB Service Vendors   

-We list your Services in our digital market for the community to browse and request an estimate or consultation. Upon a potential new client selecting your business to provide them with an estimate or consultation MainSt HUB will contact you via your preference of email, text, or phone to notify you of the order and pass their information and any notes to you so that you can contact them.   

-Listing Your Service Packages & Deals     

-MainSt HUB will list your packages and deals in the digital market for the community to browse and purchase. The shopper will make the purchase of the service package or deal from the MainSt HUB and after the purchase is complete we will contact you via your preference of email, text, or phone to notify you of the order and pass on the customer information for you to contact them.    

MainSt HUB Service Vendor Costs   

-No listing fees or monthly fees -Service packages and deals sold by MainSt HUB have a low 5% fee to help with credit card processing and platform costs. For example if you have a service package that sells for $100.00 we would be buying that package from you for $95.00.    

-Service listings that lead to a referral of your business to a new potential customer have a low $5.00 fee to help with credit card processing and platform costs. Upon receiving your first referral we will contact you for a credit card payment to be securely kept on file with STRIPE for future payments. Any referrals made Sunday-Saturday during the current week will be charged on the following week.   

-MainSt HUB facilitates the applicable state retail sales tax payments    

MainSt HUB Vendor Payments

How Does The MainSt HUB Make Money?    

-The low fees associated with the MainSt HUB allow for the covering of credit card processing fees, staffing, promotion of our local businesses, platforms infrastructure, and growth. This is done in a few ways.   

-The 5% discount on products and service packages   

-The $5.00 for services referrals   

-An increase in the resale price on some items    

-Potential future options such as promoted business placements and unique advertising.
